For the second consecutive year, Winnebago Industries Inc. is teaming up with CBS News' The Early Show in its summer travel promotion – the Great American Vacation.
This year, a 2008 Winnebago Destination Class A motorhome will be taking the CBS staff to destinations across the U.S. to award nine unsuspecting viewers with a weeklong trip to the Caribbean. Winnebago President Bob Olson will help kick off the summer promotion with a live appearance on The Early Show June 29.
"Winnebago Industries is pleased to be partnering with CBS News' The Early Show again this year," said Winnebago Chairman and CEO Bruce Hertzke. "The Winnebago Destination will provide the ultimate travel experience this summer for the CBS staff, providing comfort and style as they travel across the U.S."
Winnebago said the diesel pusher Winnebago Destination will be featured every Thursday on The Early Show starting July 5.

They should be awarding one weeks use of the motorhome, not some old trip to the Caribbean.
After all RVing is the true "Great American Vacation".

BTW the 2008 model looks nicer than the 2007 model. The exterior front was improved!
