Winnebago Factory Service is still the place to go for repairs providing you don’t mind the drive from where ever home is located and for me that is 1450 miles round trip. Rebecca, Valerie and Carlene are up front to help you get to the right person or parts with a smile and great customer service. The other thing that will happen at Winnebago is they will really go after the extended warranty people to make sure they cover what the policy stated when purchased.
The Lodge is under new ownership again and no restaurant service at the Lodge presently with the new owner. Shooter’s Sports Bar and Restaurant north on 69 is the best place for lunch/dinner with much of the old Lodge staff working at Shooter’s including Jill. Sally’s in town is great for breakfast/lunch with her home made pies a special treat just like “Mom” use to make.

I completely agree. We have had great service whenever we stop by Forest City and try to drop by when ever we are in the upper midwest. While we have had few problems with our Tour, we we need them, it is great to have support from the factory.

While for the most part I agree but communication is the key. I am lucky enough to have a dealer that does quality work but the factory seems to be more reasonable price wise. But in both cases I am never 100% satisfied. If I had to give then a satisfaction percent I would say 98% in both cases, which is pretty darn good. But we are still chasing that last 2%.
