Winnebago Headlight numbers????? Why

Just looked uo the official Winnebago Headlamp Part Numbers for my 2001 Adventurer, 32V.

Drivers Side:
Hi/Lo Headlamp 049186-04-000
Lo Headlamp 049188-04-000

Passenger Side:
Hi/Lo Headlamp 049185-04-000
Lo Headlamp 049187-04-000

SO.....Why Designate different part numbers for the Drivers and Passenger Side??????
Advise if you can, please.

They are 2A1 (3-Pin) and 1A1's (2-Pin), not different for either side as far as I can tell.

And Finally, just checked this out on my unit.
Low Beams: ONLY the 3-Pin, outside Headlamps are on.
High Beams: The Outside 3-Pin Headlamps switch to Hi AND the Inside 2-Pin Hi Beams are on.

So, when I have my Hi Beams on, I have all 4 headlamps on Hi Beam!!!!
Never thought that the Hi Beam setting would be that aggressive.

I am going to replace the Outside 3-Pin Headlamps with LED's soon.
This should get me a little more visibility at night.

Please advise or comment as needed.
Thanks.

Those part numbers are for the assemblies; the bucket, the trim ring, and the bulb.

They are shown in the generic parts catalog on page 66.

And one is designated as left and one is designated as right. In some cases the only way to tell the difference is the part number. In others the difference may be more obvious.
