Also, after 2009 you will not find all of the diagrams available in the previous model years. I have been told each and every time I have inquired about having these resources reinstated that it costs too much money, $150,000. to do. The selected documents were abandoned when the RV industry collapsed in 2008. The 2009 full resource package was already in place. It is too bad that Winnebago is suffering so financially that it can't find funds to provide the most important troubleshooting documents to the dealers and customers who have helped this company survive when others have closed.
Finally found someone who knows what to do with this issue, Caroline Spangler Andersen...., Fixed me up. Thank you thank you thank you...

Here is what you have to do:

Use only Internet Explorer browser, it will not work with chrome.

Right click on the very top of the browser window and select "Menu Bar"

Go to Tools, internet options, Privacy and uncheck "turn on pop-up blocking, apply.

Go to: https://winnebagoind.com/product-res...ct-information

Select your Year / Model

Scroll down and Select the Manuals/ Diagrams you want.

Then select year:

You should be good to go... Be sure to load Cortona3D Viewer for use with IE.

Worked for me..., thanks Caroline...!!!!

Winnebago Data Windows 10 not currently supported

I get this warning, highlighted in yellow: NOTE: Windows 10 is NOT currently supported

For those of you using Win 10 have you found a work around?

Yea. Write to the president of Winnebago, Mr. Happe. I lost his email address when my laptop crashed. Got a reply from an underling that was less than satisfying and a call from the service director that was as bad. Bottom line? They don't care.

How about Duct schematics/diagrams? I would love to know the layout of my furnace ducting (in the floor) and my A/C ducting (in the ceiling). I haven't seen those available anywhere. Anyone have any help?

RESTORE: 1978 Winnebago Itasca Sun Cruiser Dodge chassis?

Just thought I would post here as with no info I am having to reverse engineer everything. Trying to get it road worthy first before the rubber falls off!

I joined this forum just to thank whoever started this idea of links to what we might need for our RVs from Winnebago. I had tried most of the day yesterday to download the wiring diagram for the 2007 Navion my wife and I have just bought. Going directly to the Winnebago site the link seemed to be dead when I clicked on it. However when I clicked on the link at the beginning of this thread then the wiring diagram link worked. Very strange but at least I now have what I was looking for.

Thanks for this thread.

I've found that some of the links on the Winnebago site don't work unless you right-click and choose "open in another tab (or window)". Not sure why.

Does anyone have a diagram of where the chassis ground blocks are on the Grand Tours. I have a 2016 model but I assume most are the same from 2015 and up. I'm specifically looking for any ground points near the front of the coach. My done and awning lights are not working correctly and the symptoms appear to be ground or loose ground related. I can see on the wiring digram I have for the circuit a chassis ground block for that circuit where a number of ground wires are joined..just don't know where the ground block might be located. Any help or specific diagrams as to the possible locations would be appreciated.

I know your frustration. I tried to find a spot that might be a good place for the grounding in your wiring diagrams. No success. I suggest looking behind the AC distribution panel, especially if the DC circuit breaker panel is in the vicinity. This is where mine are brought together (that I have found). If that doesn't work out try a call to the factory.

I have written several times to Winnebago requesting that the old style (pre '06) wiring diagrams be reintroduced. I have been tool that they don't have the $150K needed to upgrade their system. Not even the shops have access to detailed wiring anymore. How sad. I feel that this behavior of Winnebago shows the true face of their customer (don't) care attitude. We are forced to foot the bill for their lack of 12V wiring information for their products that we buy to FEED their workers families with.

Just an update. On the 2016 Grand Tour a number of the grounding wires are connected to the frame in AquaHot/Electrical basement compartment. Look behind the AquaHot unit and you see many white 14 and 16 gauge wires. Hope this helps others.

I must be stupid I guess! What they (Winnebago iND) call wiring diagrams is beyond me for sure. I spent 37 tears in the HVAC business and reading blueprints and WIRING DIAGRAMS. Never had any trouble ciphering my way thru those diagrams. Now I look at the wiring for my 2016 Navion 24J and it's like I'M stupid all of a sudden.
I have on thing to say HELP!!!!
Thank you for letting me vent a bit and praying I can find some help here..
Bob
