Winnebago Via Door noise

Hello everyone

We recently purchased a new 25' Via and have a noticeable wind noise on the drivers side when traveling. This was brought to the dealer's attention upon inspection before we finalized the purchase and was on our punch list of items to fix.
However, we are now having a problem with the dealership service department in following up to correct.
Has anyone else had this problem and any advice for us?
thank you

You don't mention what kind of problem you're having with the dealership. I do suggest you call Winnebago and tell them of the problem you're having. I'd also call the owner of your dealership and tell them about your problem.

By the way, you're not restricted to going to your purchasing dealer for warranty work. Find another authorized Winnebago service center and take it there.

Did you ever get this problem resolved? I have the same or related issue. The driver's window is relatively quiet most of the time, but very loud wind buffeting when there are crosswinds L to R. (R to L crosswinds don't cause buffeting).

It gets 90% quieter when I press my hand against the glass, but that's not a long term solution; my arm gets tired after a few minutes. I examined the window from the outside, and I see a 3/4 - 1" wide gap between the window cutout in the exterior steel layer of the door and the glass and weatherstripping. I suspect we need some sort of rubber or silicone strip to fill that gap.
