Does anybody have any information about the performance of the gasoline-powered Views? How do they do on fuel economy? How do they do with a toad?

Sorry,

The Winnebago View comes on a diesel-powered chassis. I have never heard of there being a gas-powered option.

That's what I thought too, but it exists: 2008 Winnebago View Specifications. I have family considering one.

We have a Sprinter at work with a Gas engine. Their are not a lot of them. Check engine light has been on from day one and no one can fix it.

There are a few members in the Yahoo V/N group that own the 2008 gas version but the overwhelming majority are diesel owners.

I got a pointer to the Yahoo group from another forum and it has been very helpful. It sounds like the gasser is what it is and it isn't horrible or especially to be avoided.

It may exist on paper like the Cummins diesel option for Workhorse UFO chassis.

Remember seeing one or two gas models on the lot at Howards RV in Wilmington NC.

Might want to call their sales or service team to get an opinion on one.
