Im winterizing the journey tomorrow, have read lots of threads and think im ready. Two questions, I have seen nothing on my washer dryer, do I need to do anything for it? Second If Im using the anti freeze is there any benefit to blowing out the lines first... thanks

If you go to Splendid's website they should have actual instructions on the W/D. I have not done mine yet, but I would simply cycle through both hot and cold until I saw pink and then say good enough.

Yes, there is a benefit to blowing out first, it will limit the amount of dilution of the Antifreeze, which will ensure that you are protected to the -50 or whatever is listed on the bottle.

Make sure to drain and Bypass your water heater, AF is kinda a pain to get out in the spring, and that will save you AF, time, and frustration. Also be sure to catch your ice maker if you have one, as well as install the bypass for your everpur.

I am sure others will jump in too!
