Workhorse engine repair?

My father-in-law has a 2001 adventure and it starts right up cold, but once the engine gets warm, it won't start. He can't find anyone who will work on a workhorse engine. He lives near Hope, Arkansas about an hour from Texarkana and 2 from Little Rock. Anyone in this area know of a repair shop who will work on Chevy engines?

It's a big block Chevy/GM engine. Any mechanic that can turn a wrench can work on it. Access is a little different. Maybe that's the issue. There is also a Workhorse forum here on IRV2. You might want to post there.
