Wrinkled Wallpaper

We are looking at a 2006 Adventurer and the wallpaper is all wrinkled on the edge of the sidewall. Ive got a picture I am going to try and attach. The current owners said that it was that way when they bought it a few years ago and it hasnt changed any since they bought it. What would cause this and how can we check if the problem that created the wrinkled wallpaper had been corrected? The wrinkles run across the top and the side.

I wouldn't worry about it. I think it was just poor installation of the wall paper.

Send a message via ICQ to TripleE
We have a 2005 Vectra and have the same problem with the wallpaper. Guess their installer in those years didn't know what they were doing. It is not caused by a leak or anything.

I have 3 wrinkled spots in my '02. No evidence at all that they were caused by water intrusion. They've not changed any over the 1.5 years I've owned the rig. Pretty sure they came that way from the factory as the paper hanger was likely under the gun to get it done.

Same issue in our 2014 Adventurer...had it “fixed” but it came back elsewhere. Learning to live with it for now.

A common problem and we have a couple 3 areas as well. Unless there are visible water stains along with it, as others have said, I wouldn't worry about it. IMO, I think a lot of this is caused by big temperature swings inside the coach and especially in the southern states where there's high humidity as well.

Go after bigger fish as your inspecting.
