Apparently not. All the literature I've seen refers to "motor homes".

YES owners of ANY Winnebago product, to include Country Coach products are welcomed at WIT. I've been to rally's where there have been several TT/5th wheel WIT members.

Other than rallies and the annual get-together, what key benefit is there for joining? We've had our Winnie for about five years now and haven't joined, mostly because every time I read the benefits of membership I think, "We're not into that...." and the cost doesn't seem worth the benefits otherwise. Perhaps the club just isn't for us?

Sorry for bumping an old thread but it is a sticky and is pretty much along the lines of my curiousity.

We purchased our first RV (2017 View 24J) last month and decided to pass on WIT membership. First, it just seemed odd to pay that much dinero for a coach and then be asked to subscribe and pay more $$ to get "insider info" from a club? Is WIT managed by members or Winnebago or an outside company?

Second, we are not full-timers and our trips for the foreseeable future will have planned itineraries. Although they look like a lot of fun, we are not planning trips around rallies or meeting new people. (We meet new people every day without subscribing! lol)

Third, I am getting literally a ton of information and assistance from this and similar forums that don't cost a dime.

Would love to hear if I am missing something. And if/when we go full time I would more than likely sign up.

The WIT National Rally in Forest City is a good time. If you have minor problems, techs from service Center will correct them

WIT is separate from Winnebago, but still right on the property. They work in affiliation with them.

There are numerous sub groups throughout the country that hold minnie rallys over the year. The main GNR, or Grand National Rally is really a lot of fun and well done.

We go every year not so much to meet new friends, but to enjoy the entertainment and get all our tech work done at the same time. We also take our grand children and Winnebago entertains them very well.

There is music every afternoon and evening.

Guess what, You don't have a Winnebago.

I could sell you a WIT tag that I had for a Winnebago 5 years ago.

Well, you're wrong. Winnebago purchase Country Coach a few years ago and they are quite welcome at the GNR.
