The annual Northwest Regional Rally is scheduled this year for May 17-20 in Moses Lake, WA (eastern-dry side of state along I-90). The posting came a little late in WIT magazine so I thought I'd add two cents here to invite any and all WIT members to attend.

The rally is generally attended by all chapters from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, British Columbia and Alberta. But there is no reason anyone passing though couldn't also attend.

Relevant information is published in the March issue of WIT magazine including cost ($90 for one coach/two people), registration form, directions, etc.

Hope to see you there.

JD,

Cool. We'll be hanging out with our local WIT chapter the Colubmia River Rollers. You'll know us when you find the three Dachshunds and one Chihuahua.

BTW, I'm envious of your FeatherLite. Wanted one for some time to haul my '94 RX7 to some shows but the DW doesn't want another toy laying around.

I'll be with the Rainier Ramblers if I get there in time to park with them. Otherwise I'll be whereever they put me.

Our club (San Juanderers) is in charge of parking this year so be patient with me. We are planning on arriving on Tuesday. Hope is not too hot or dusty. See you there!

The caravan from Columbia River Rollers will be arriving early afternoon on Wedensday the 16th after overnighting in Pasco. I think this year we are in charge of the ice cream social and bingo.

And of course there's the the bean bag baseball championship. We have a title to defend.

I sent in my money and registration. Should I expect return mail with info?

Do they have hookups, electric, water, sewer? Or will I be dry camping?

No...they don't send you anything back.

This is a fairgound and will be dry camping. There will be a honey wagon for hire.

Opening ceremonies are at 8:30am Thursday 5/17. Many of us are arriving on Wednesday. Some are arriving as early as Tuesday. When you do come before Thursday you pay an extra $15/day when you arrive.

Thanks, I'll be ready for dry camping.

I will arrive on Wednesday and I already included extra parking fees for the extra day.

Thanks again for the info.

So, how did you folks enjoy the rally.

I was there as part of the Fraser Valley Explorers group (the crazy Canucks) and we had a good time.

Ciao,

Doug

I was parked with the Rainier Ramblers in the north 40. We were parked in the full hook up area way off by ourselves.

This was my first WIT rally and we enjoyed our time there.

JD,

We had a great time although my (CRR) group got our kesters handed to us playing beanbag baseball.

I did a walkabout trying to locate you and your group but no one I talked to knew where RR was located.
