Welcome to the forum & irv2.
I have a 03 and they say its good for 200,000 miles but it needs to be maintained and because of my age I will never see it.
Here is a Brochure and Owners Guide for the coach which will give tank sizes, weights and options for 03.
The 03 MA had a W- 22,000 lb chassis if its a late 03 chassis it could have a W- 24,000 lb 04 chassis which was a upgrade for 04 year MA.
All 22,000 lb chassis has a brake recall for all new calipers, if it has a Norcold refrigerator, that has a recall also, or previous owner may have changed the cooling coil unit out to a Amish cooling coil which does not need their recalls.
If all recalls are done your good to go traveling.
My coach I had the ECM reprogrammed from Brazels for better gas mileage and more power to drive train which your coach previous owner may have done also.
Also had a torque bar and CAI, I installed from them also.
With all that I added couldn't ask for a better coach and chassis by Workhorse was a big difference from the older Ford chassis's of that period.
So you have some things to look for, good luck in your quest and maybe a welcome to the Newmar family.

You can always obtain an oil sample and send it off for evaluation and analysis. They can check for all kinds of particulate including excessive bearing materials, presence of glycol and much more. Most labs do it for around $100.00 or so. It's cheap insurance if you're unsure of the engine's previous maintenance and care and can certainly help tell you if the engine has any immediate problems.

Most of us have far more problems than those involving the engine. I would try to eliminate some of those nagging issues by having a reliable RV Technician do a thorough inspection of those items frequently discussed on this forum (i.e. batteries, brakes, slides/motors, generator, heating/cooling, etc.).
