05 dutchstar brake light boot missing

my husband went to change out our 1157 bulbs for leds passenger side had a rubber boot on it to keep the weather out and the drivers side did not right from the factory called newmar if they still make them and if they happened to have one they said they would send us one
i also did mention about the shaft breaking on the rear bedroom slide that was never adjusted from day1 at the factory and we had complained to newmar about this slide over the years been back to the factory 4 times.
so my husband fixed it which i wanted just to document and they did say that over the years they did have some break a shaft should not break come on
