Hello all !
Well we left Camp Newmar on friday morning. Spent the week there. All things completed including some paint issues.......

We had a chance to go on a factory tour. They were building 08, DSDP's, MADP's, EXDP's and the new King Aire.
Some of the things we noticed, with quick views, were the DSDP's nave new lowered mirrors, 425hp ISL engine, smaller outlet on a much larger muffler and some other suttle things. The LADP"s are built in another building which keeps them divorced from the units in the factory. They had two LADP's ready for delivery.

Bob

Bob, the Essex was formally built over where the LADB's are being built...

Here's an interesting pic of my LADB on the lift in that assembly building....They were searching out an air leak.

Another interesting thing was when we were in the chassis shop. Which by the way is new and only three years old. Prior to this they only could work on three chassis at a time. Now, with the new setup, they can do dozens. All kinds of interesting tasks being performed in that shop.

We will be heading back to Elkhart on Wednesday nite to retreive our coach. It is at Duncan RV having some custom work done to it. Things like larger LCD HDTV in the front. Real nice people and very good workmanship!
