12V fuse location

Need help locating the 12V fuse for the remote mirrors. Thought it would be in the same panel directly above the gen set where the wiper fuse is, no luck.

So, if you've experienced this problem with a 2002 Newmar Kountry Star DP, please solve this problem for me. THANKS

On our 04 Essex we have a number of 12 volt fuses behind the 50AMP electric cabinet. There is a large piece of black plastic with velcro hold it on and when you pull the black plastic away there are about 10 12 volt buses that are labeled like step, etc.

Do you have the oval shaped panel on the top of the dash in front of the steering wheel? It's help in place with Velcro. Just pry it up to access the fuse panel. Could be in that one.

THANKS Tom! I have the same black plastic cover held in place velcro. I've never actually looked at those buses but will this morning.

Hi Dennis, yes I have the same oval shaped panel and have checked all those 12V fuses. They all check out OK, but to be safe, I'll re-check them again.

Here is a shot of the fuse map from my dash panel. It shows the Power Mirrors are F10 on my DS/Spartan.

WOW! Thanks Dennis! Apparently, that must have been a high priced option. KS/Freightliner apparently didn't want to spend the money to print one page and glue it to the underside of the velcroed lid.

FWIW, that sticker is in my power bay under driver's seat. Same f10 shown as power mirrors.

Dennis, You were exactly correct as to which fuse powered the remote mirror(s). Thanks again for providing a picture of the "fuse map".
