After bookmarking this excellent thread for a long time, I am just now coming back around to planning for a solar system similar to C.Martin's that you all have done.
I'm curious about your GPS unit connected to the Venus GX. Assuming this stuff is all installed in the basement, did you have any concerns or issues with satellite reception? Which unit did you use, and are you happy with it? Do I need to worry about routing and mounting a GPS antenna?
