It is on the circuit board containing the LEDs. Just look into the fixture with the plastic cover removed.

It looks like the original lights in my coach have a date of 2017.06.28 . I checked a handful of them.

One of the lights I just installed has a date of 2017.10.25. And the ones that were installed in early May (when we met during your FPU) have dates of 2016.10.08. Not exactly sure where they dug them up from.
