1994 Kountry Star on Spartan Chassis question

I'm trying to verify the size of the fuel tank. I was told by PO that it's 140 gallons. I've filled it when the gauge read 1/4 and it took about 70 gallons. We've decided that about 700 miles gives us choices for fill ups, but it would be nice to know for sure how much we really have.

I believe your coach would have 100 gals of fuel as does my '05. This link will take you to a '94 brochure with some info on the Kountry Star. I don't see specs in the '94 brochure but the '95 models on Spartan chassis are all 100 gal.

Good luck and safe travels.

Cheers

We had a 95 London Aire and it had a 100 gal. fuel tank. When I went under coaches I could see that there was a space behind the fuel tank that would hold a 150 gallon tank. Weight the coach and up grades front tires and add a 50 gallon fuel tank behind the 100 gallon main tank and was able then to travel almost 900 miles before we would add 125 gallon of fuel to fill up. Waited till main tank was down below 1/2 and then would refill main tank from extra add on fuel tank. Worked great and traveled over 75K miles with this set up.
