I am looking at buying a 1995 London Aire MH. Does anyone on this board have any idea what the "trade-in" value of a 4055 with less than 90k miles is?

Since I have not owned a MH before I would welcome thoughts on this model and year. My initial interest arises out of what I perceive will be this vehicles towing capacity ( In excess of 10000 lbs???) I am going to be towing a race car and enclosed trailer.
