Did you look at the LB-315. Sure look like the same lens.

Looks to be about $15 on ebay.

I think you can even make out the cast in numbers on this one: Interior Door Mount Brake Light w/bracket B-315 : CS Truck Tops.

I bought the light and it is so close! But the new lense is slightly more squared off on the corners from what I can tell. I'm going to try to make it fit once I get the MH and a grinding wheel in close proximity.

With some grinding, I was able to make it work. At least it is a tight fit.
