Everyone wants to get the low mileage/low usage vehicle for obvious reasons. However, this vehicle has averaged only 1000 miles a year, barely a tank of fuel per year since new.
If you go this route, be prepared to spend a lot of time and money getting rid of the things that have gotten old by sitting. Everything rubber is old and dried out, even the tires. If you are handy and can do a lot of the work yourself, go for it. Spend a lot of time checking everything for age damage. All seam caulking would be a must before it is allowed out in the weather. Talk to the Cummins service center and get their opinion on things that get old in an engine, do the same with the transmission.
What part of the country has it been store, Florida or Arizona on in between?
A professional inspection would go a long way to giving guidance on what you can expect.
Good luck. .

Welcome to the forum.
As rvbirker said may have problems but if you look things over by using a MOD & REPAIR Section in QT's # 3 by SPK64 he covers pretty much what you may run into for repairs if necessary, in his 2002 coach.
Another link for Newmar Owners will cover many other items.
We have many older coach's on the road giving good service with their aged coach.
Good luck in your hunt.

Spot on. My sig rig had 8200 when I got it 3 months ago. Have spent @1500 on it so far with all new filters, fluids, and belts. Came with 4 year old tires and new coach batteries. The allure of little use still has requirements.

OP, what do the maintenance records show, and what's the asking compared to NADA?

How much are you willing to pay? How much are you going to spend getting it serviced and replacing the parts frozen in place due to lack of exercise? If you can buy it right, i.e. NADA wholesale price or less and it runs and the transmission functions properly and NO water damage, I'd probably buy it.
