Welcome bosknr to the Newmar forum & irv2.
Here is a thread about a problem with a air valve causing bags to collapse there are also threads that discuss faulty air dump valves for moisture in tanks.

The easiest way to find an air leak is with an unltrsonic leak detector. It is used by refrigeration servicemen to find leaks in refrigeration systems.. It works by listening for the high frequency sound produced by a gas leaking out of a plumbing system. It alters those high frequencies down to a level that you can hear, using headphones and electronic circuitry.

I find leaks on semi tractors and tailers in minutes with mine. Make some calls to those folks that do refrigeration, and ask if they have one. They can find your leak pretty quickly, especially if you can get the unit indoors out of the wind.
