2004 Essex Price Check
Is a 2004 Essex with 45K mi, & $30K in options, replaced original tires, batteries worth $140K? Supposedly in GREAT Condition?

Welcome to the forum srh.
Here is a price for a 45' coach, high & low, with options you can find on this Brochure.
This coach came with few options which they may have been in other coach's.
If it was a other 45' coach just change the info on NADA SITE.

Are they firm on this price? Still, in today's economy it is still a buyers market, especially for these motor homes. Good luck

Several things: the options are not worth anything, if you don't want them, the miles being low, could be a negative (i.e. if the coach was sitting-which it sounds like it was), maintenance records?

Good points! The coach is supposed to be stored in climate controlled garage, and has all the maintenance records including a more recent maintenance of $4,000.

Hi srh,
The short answer is no, it is not worth the $s. 04 was the first year for the Essex. As with anything new, one may not want to be first. I know a couple who had continuing and considerable problems with their 04 Essex. Much of the sophisticated electronics are not made any more. The companies have gone out of business.
