2004 Newmar loosing air on front end when parked

My 2004 Kountry Star Model 3905 is loosing air in the front end only. I presume it is a leveling valve. I noticed a thread a while ago in which someone had this same thing going on and they found out it was a leveling valve and they went to Spartan and bought the valves. I need help. Both sides go down over about 5-6 hours. It is not the air bags

First thing , would be to contact Spartan for an " air system " diagram, that diagram will tell you if your chassis has a single or dual air leveling valves for the front end. They should also be able to give a part number and location of the valve ( s ).

NOTE; dropping in 5 hrs is a major air leak , and it'd be dangerous to be under the coach for leak testing , you could be pinned or crushed.

We have a 04 Essex with 135K miles and we purchased it new. For the last 3 years we have been searching for air leaks. We have been to Spartan factory service center twice, our local Spartan service in Colton Ca. 3 times which has been great except for this issue and I have also spend to many times been under the coach looking for air leaks. Replaced air bags, ride height valve and other air valve which have helped but still lose air after 36 hours. One think that we did was to replace air drier which helped the most and would recommend checking it for leaks and most of the time it isn't enough mentioned when looking for leaks. Get a bottle of soapy water and start spraying all connections and air line valves etc. Hope you find your leak.

When my 2005 KSDP was leaking air (front going down first) it was the leveling valve in the rear that caused it. I could hear the air leak standing beside the left rear dually.
