I purchased a 2005 Dutch Star in June. My headlights and tail lights were pretty faded too. The headlights and fog lights are from a 2000-2002 Lincoln LS. Amazon carries them. I'm not positive about the link for the fog lights, you would need to confirm

I used Wipe New on the tail lights and it worked great. I was a little doubtful, but they look pretty darn good. The tail lights are sold as individual lenses. They are made by Hella and are a little spendy. Heres a link to some info.
