Hi Jake,
I saw that we have the same rig, and I am glad to share! I have attached two pictures- one showing the placement of the two chassis battery boxes, and another (fairly unclear!) photo from below attempting to show the battery tray mounted on the frame. Hope that helps. Regarding the 6 house battery configuration, when we bought the coach the absorption refrigerator had a bad cooling coil, and rather than install a new fire risk (always made my beloved wife nervous), I installed a residential frig, hence the need for additional battery reserves.

We also had a checking problem that has apparently been successfully resolved, so if you encounter that problem let me know and I will share what we wound up doing.

Thank you 007. I went through most of your assembled links when trying to educate myself on the issues presented. Very helpful.

Thanks PHLUSBY for the pictures.

My engine bay is setup a bit differently (Cummins engine) but looking at your pic, with slight modifications would work in mine as well.

With respect to checking, I don't see any on the side walls but do see some on the door and some on the rear cap. The cracking on the rear cap looks like it may have resulted from a mishap as the are much more course than the finer pictures of checking that I have seen.

Hi Jake,
I hope you do not experience the major checking we had- our coach lived outside in Texas and New Mexico and was in pretty bad shape. We wound up having the coach wrapped, and after a year it is still holding up well.
