Wires from the Phillips left over are marked AUX 3 red & white wires with RCA Jacks, 2 wires marked L + & L - and 2 wires marked R + & R -.

Thanks

When I removed the Phillips in my 2005, the speakers were located in the bottom of the Phillips cabinet/enclosure and were directly connected to the TV Audio Out .... Right and Left Positive and Right and Left Negative. However, my speakers were damaged and are now in the dumpster.

As an update to this thread, I swapped my 32" Vizio from the outside cabinet into the bedroom and added a Vizio soundbar. I found the TV integral speakers to be rather poor when the bedroom A/C is running. This limited the maximum size TV. This leaves some space under the TV/Soundbar for a Sat Receiver etc.
