Good Morning Fellow RV's.
I found a 2007 Kountry Star 3910 in great shape. We just have one question:
How hard is it to drive all day without Comfort Drive?
Thanks and have a great Day

TW, No it should drive just fine, as do any other coaches. Comfort Drive just makes it far better. Do, however, take the coach out and drive it. This will also answer your question better than anything.

Peter, thanks for your answer. I can't take it out now, since I do not have the Air Ticket. Had a Bus Lic. here in BC, but never needed the Air Ticket... A course is booked for Oct, and in Spring I'll drive the KS... it's in storage now... We just trade the BS and some CASH!!! And we should be set for Fulltiming...
The KS is in great shape and has everything, we like... Dishwasher, 2 pc W/D....
Can't wait to see spring 09...
RVgreetings

TW, Sounds like a well equipped coach. The KS is a super looking rig, and being that it's a Newmar, well that says it all. Congratulations and I hope you wait until spring '09 goes quickly.

Peter, the other party is waiting until spring too (it's just around the corner...).
The unit is here in BC and they wanted to sell the unit for a good price.....(DW can't travel anymore so easy).
We always liked the KS and were upset, that Newmar does not have it anymore in the line-up.... This unit is equipped like a higher-end DS....
we just had to contact the selling party....
very nice people. Nice, that they wait until spring.
In 2010 we'll start the big circle around Canada and the USA... Have to visit all the spots, that we visited, when we lived in El Paso/Texas.
RVgreetings

Well, I've got one. Not something I like to do, but I've driven over 500 miles in one day. Yes, I was certainly tired, but it was certainly no problem driving it.
It's a well made coach -- not worth turning down simply because of lack of Comfort Drive.
BTW, I contacted TRW, and they said it could not be retrofitted, in case you were wondering.

I have the same coach, bought it new in Apr of 08 and thus far love it. Driving with out Comfort Drive is not a problem. Only consistent problem is the windshield wipers. They have hung up and stopped working three times and have been "fixed" three times. Will try for fix number 4 in the oncoming weeks. I think you too will love the motor home.
