2007 MADP 12V Charge Wire for Toad

On my trailer plug the 12V charge wire is not hot. I pulled it out to check the wiring coming into it, and it has 7 wires coming in. I have checked a few places on the rig and looked at all the diagrams I could find and I am unable to determine the origination point for the trailer wiring. I assume the 12V wire is either not terminated, blown fuse, or no fuse. This was the case on one of my trucks one time that came from the factory w/o the 12V wire activated at the origin. Any ideas where to look or where to find a diagram for it?

You would find the other ends under your dash board near steering wheel for a controller feeding to 7 pin jack.

This may help also.

On my MH the #4 charge wire is only hot with ignition ON or engine running.
