Smile 2008 Essex

I am looking at a 2008 Essex, at about $150,000.....I haven't made an offer yet.
Anyone have any idea what a good price would be it is all electric and has new tires, kept inside with 113,000 miles.....sounds like the use would be better than low miles sitting.
Thank you

and possibly the Newmar family .

I'll agree that " used and maintained beats stored and ignored ".
Are there maintenance records available .

Being form Canada I won't comment on price , but I'd ask for more info on the unit .
Chassis / Freightliner or Spartan ?
Engine size ?
These options effect both original and resale pricing; and can help other members comment on price.

08 Essex would be on a Spartan chassis with a 500 ISM engine. We had from new a 04 Essex for 14 years and 140K plus miles before getting our new LA. Great coach with a great drive line. Do check service records. The miles are of no issue as long as it has been serviced. Have one concern and that year falls into the checking issue with paint. Take a close look at the dark color paint to make sure it doesn't have checking. If you are interested in looks, then this issue would require, if bad enough, major body work that could cost as high as 40K.

Welcome to the forum Sully.
This link will get your many items you need for the coach information including the build sheets of original coach when built by using the COM_NET instructions if you have the VIN# or build number.
Good luck and maybe a welcome to Newmar.

I bought an O8 MountainAire 18 months ago. From my research then, it seems like a fair price.
