Roughly $1200 for a 15k heat pump A/C plus labor ... labor should be about 2 hours but could be longer if the ductwork/plenum needs to be retaped (very likely based on age).

Also be aware that their may need to be some control board swapping or new thermostat to get a newer unit to work with the older controls.

PPL Parts in Houston would be one of the places to check for a replacement ac or ac/heat pump. We needed one several years ago for our previous mh, 2005 Winnebago class A, and they were the cheapest. As previously stated, you are most likely looking at a board change and possibly newer/different stat. PPL can also advise you on that.

You need an adapter board (or the board from your old A/C) to make a new A/C unit compatible with your existing 5 button thermostat. If you use the newer thermostat, all 3 A/C units would need to be changed or have the new board (not the adapter board). In other words, if you replace all 3 top units you also replace the thermostat.

Some will say they can not be re-charged. When I purchased my coach in 2011 the selling dealer had to repair my rear a/c under 30 day warranty. (do you think he would replace it if it could be fixed?). He hired an a/c guy who re-loaded it and then put a weld on the leak in the copper tube. 2 hours labor at most and has worked well since.

If someone can find the leak and silver-solder the area, and add the recharge fitting, it can be repaired. The problem is it's a few hours labor at $100 (or so) per hour, cost of the fitting ($20 or so) and 1 1/2 cans of Freon 22 ($45 per can) ... and you still have an old unit that could have a compressor or fan motor fail.

We just went through this. The older units compatible with the Eplex system you have are no longer available. When you get a newer unit, you'll also need to order a conversion kit to make it work with the old controllers. Make sure the shop does that.
