All the 2008's are on display here at Newmar International FMCA Club Pre-rally. All have comfort drive and 2007 engines. Actual production will not start until maybe May they say.

I tried to correct this earlier - I had said all but Essex and LA but had trouble sending and when it finally went that was not there. So we have the Ventara's, up to Mountain Aire and the All Star her. Also left out was that this place is crawling with techs and they had fixed all my issues with two hours of my arrival.

Tonight Dick Parks spoke for a couple of minutes and fielded questions on three year warranty. He said he wanted to be clear - no more three year warranty. They'll focus on quality and service but not change warranty - it was a mistake. So say he.

ecker, THANKS for letting us know the "goings on" with respect to the FMCA...I was scheduled to attend the Perry Rally but have had to make other plans.

Comfort Drive in all Newmar diesel pushers will be a TREMENDOUS selling point...

As I had posted in an earlier thread, there were some folks around the King Aire who got rather jittery when I started to take a picture of the King Aire and after speaking with Darla, I decided against trying it...

The folks from our site that will be in Perry for the FMCA will be the "best bet" for pictures...

I didn't have time to take them today but will take them tomorrow. I asked about taking them and they had no problem - in fact offered to open an AllStar the way I wanted in order to get some special pics for my son.

I'm sure now the coaches have been announced and out at the show, pictures aren't an issue.

Please understand the coach was still in PRODUCTION when Scott and I saw it and they weren't crazy about me taking pics....

The FMCA starts next Monday but they brought them here for the pre-rally of the Newmar International Chapter.

When You say the coachs have the 2007 engine. Do you mean they have the same engine emissions as the 2007 coaches or they have the new engine with the new emissions that require the ultra low sulfer fuel.

While we are awaiting pics of the 2008's, including the King Aire, figured I would provide this photo of the long awaited 2008 Hot Aire, which was discussed in an earlier thread:

You all laugh but, I'll bet it doesn't have any fan belt, leveling, refrigerator or loose exhaust tip problems.

I'm pretty sure that the model shown is w/o the one piece roof or external entertainment center.

2007 engines which require ULSD.
