2009 ISL 400 Starting good and bad

Ok I am starting this thread to see if anyone else with the same engine or even model with a rough start only sometimes..
We have a 2009 AllStar mid engine with a Cummings ISL 400.
The problem is when I start the engine sometimes and only after the rig has sat for at least overnight I have no pedal very low RMP and the engine runs very rough so I shut it off and restart and after one or 2 times it runs great..
When I restart after fueling or when parked that day it starts perfect every time..
Also it could set for a week or so and it will start most of the time 1st attempt.
I have the rig going to Spartan this spring for a cruise up-date and they are going to look at this issue also.
I was working with Cummings shop on the horn 1st and they wanted me to work with Spartan 1st as they are suspecting by what I am telling them a TPS sensor ???
When the coach is running as far as I can tell it runs perfect with plenty of power and no service codes or lights..
If you have been around what I am trying to explain please comment or PM me with your experience before we try tackling this spring when we get out of storage for our appointments in April...
Also I am sure the pros will figure this out but too much information is never too much.....Thanks Jay

It sounds like you have a fuel drain-back problem.

It could be a number of things, but first check or replace the fuel filters.

Happy Glamping.
