2009 Mountain Aire

Purchased 2009 Mountain Aire, we are having a hard time with the headlights. The main high/low beams do not work, we only have high beam, when you switch to low beam it does not change. Also we assume the two bullet lights on each side are traveling lights, however one on the driver side is very bright and the one on the passenger side is hardly visible. Has anyone else have or had this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't help you with the headlights, but the bullet lights should be fog lights. The connections on ours got so corroded that they stopped working completely. We cleaned them up with contact cleaner and that fixed them.

We have an 08 MA 4121 and it had problems with the control module that services the intelligent wheel when we were looking at it to buy. The dealer had to replace the module which was on the pricey side but all the controls in the wheel work great now. The other users comment on contact cleaner is good. Ours had the little bullet driving lights too. They're small but both very bright. Good luck !

Headlights are typically pretty basic circuits. If all grounds are good, all that is left is the wiring, fuses, bulbs and switch. Does your high beam indicator stay on all of the time? If it does, I would check the headlight dimmer switch if it does not, I would check fuses and bulbs (it is possible that both blew near the same time.)
