2012 Mountain Aire Test Drive

I took a 2012 Mountain Aire for a good test drive today. I was impressed and I am pretty much sold. It drove so nice "wow". The engine noise was way quieter than my Allegro Bus and it had way less rattles. The only negatives that I noticed were that some plates for electrical switches were screwed into the wall crooked and the driver and passenger seat's had no dye on the material at the seems. I imagine they came that way from Flexsteel and it was missed by Newmar quality control?

On a side note: I noticed that Newmar re-inforced some fiberglass section's on the 2012 more than they did on their 2011's. I had both year's parked side by side. and when pushing around it was obvious. This was most obvious just behind the entrance stair's in front of the front wheel. The 2012 is much more rigid. I tested it on another 2011 that they had and it was the same thing.

Nothing like a test drive, good for you and maybe a welcome to the Newmar family.
Good luck with the paper work so you can enjoy, and many safe miles in the new coach.

Adam... We also just sold our 2011 Allegro Bus (36QSP), and bought the 2012 Mountain Aire (4330). The difference in ride is amazing!, and the fit and finish of the mountain Aire is quite good. The Allegro Bus was a very nice coach, But IMHO the Mountain Aire is a better choice.... Good Luck in whatever decision you make...
