Ok the the pics I took aren't that good but here goes. The one with the pencil pointing is with the drivers window open its hard to see but if you open the window and look at the bottom of the pillar where the fixed window and the sliding window meet there was a hole. In the next pic if you look close you can see the clear caulk I put in hope this helps let me know if I can be any more help you can always pm me to

Beacher,Thanks for the further explanation and the pix's. The hole I filled was done from the outside,on the backside of the fixed windowpost, between the plastic trim and the post. I looked inside on the frontside of the fixed window post and I see a hole that I am going to fill with silicone. It looks like the hole you are refering to?
Will see if that makes difference to the wind noise? Did you adjust your mirror from the factory setting??
Thanks
Bruce H.

The wind noise issue is still with me, even after filling the hole as pointed out by Beacher??Has anyone moved the mirror from the factory position, and found that this makes any difference to this wind noise. My mirror is about 4 3/4" from the body of the MH.
Any other thoughts and or suggestions on this issue would be much appreciated.
Thanks Bruce

I have had the same noise issues that you all have had. I found a spot on outside of window upper rear corner of sliding window. The seal in our 13 DS was wrapped around the corner instead of cut to make a 90 degree corner. This left a small gap that allowed air to enter. That and the combination of playing with mirror adjustment has helped my wind issues.

Also, anyone experience water on the floor coming off the front pass. side slide, when it is brought in after a rain(no slide cover because of awning)?

Yes, our 2013 has a lot of wind noise... dealer said that was they way they are. We also got water in from the front pass slide.... now I extend the awning just a bit to cover the slideout when necessary

Thanks for your comments. Going to checkout suggestions from nwokhunter, just wondering where he moved his mirror to, if that helped?
One should not always take the dealer answer of thats way it is, especially when it comes to these 2 issues, as it certainly wasn't that way in my 2008 DS 4320.I have the same water issue as well.
Do either of you have the 2nd mid coach bathroom? I have a cabinet design issue, which prevents me from making full use of the sink in that bathroom.

Bruexx ... I have a 4018 with the mid-bath and think I might know what you might be talking about. Basically you really can't get your head/mouth down close to the sink to do anything due to bumping into the upper cabinet?
Unfortunately I think that is just "the way it is" and have seen that condition on many other coaches we have looked at. We mainly use the back bath for those kind of things as it is wide open for "head over sink" action. The mid-bath sink is primarily used to wash hands and when we do have guests ... they just have to learn to use it.
I did do two (2) things to both bathrooms to address issues I had with them; 1) added LED lights under them and 2) changed out the mirrors. Posted about those here.

Also added more LED lights under the kitchen cabinet while at it.

Sorry I have no good answers to the mid-bath sink ... assuming that is what you were talking about. But if you or anybody comes up with anything ... please pass it on.

Thanks for your comments Steve.Yes we are talking about the same mid bath problem.I am having our cabinet changed out, with a Newmar factory made one, which I suspect should have been the one installed in the first place? Other than for just washing hands,it isn't very practical the way it is!
Nice bathroom mirror mods.Being that the mirrors were so flimsy,I built stoppers for the upper corners, which stops them from rattling and makes them a little more ridged when closed.
You aren't experiencing any excessive wind noise around the drivers window, like some of the rest of us?
Thanks
Bruce H.

Bruexx ... make sure and post a picture of the new cabinet when you get it installed. I am curious what it will look like. As to wind noise, I have not noticed anything excessive and our mirror measures as I posted in this link.

It will be awhile before the new cabinet is installed,as the dealer just got it from Newmar and we are heading to Utah and other points for 3 weeks,so will be having it done on our return.I will try to post pix's once it is done.

PanJH I haven't made any mirror adjustments yet,I have been trying all other suggestions .My mirror is 4 3/4 in away from the body at the moment.
Have you got the same problem, have you done anything that makes a difference?
