20 feet wide is what I consider my safety net. All the slides can be put out, even if your slightly off center, and you can still walk around it to do stuff.

If I recall, with all slides out it's almost 14 feet wide.

Hi droptop55,
4018 is a very nice floor plan. I can tell you my coach is 102" for the basic coach + 50" for the slides. These measurements are +/-. Your coach should be very close to this.
