2014 Dutchstar - where is the window washer pump

Noticed today that window washer fluid does come out of the wiper blade nozzle. I didn’t have time to look at it in detail. Reservoir is full. Followed the reservoir tub up towards the window and disappear into “blackness”. Assuming if I had a flashlight, I would have seen the pump. I’m assuming I should check a fuse somewhere, then make sure electric is making it to the pump. Any other ideas before I dig into this further. Thanks, Dave

Dave, surprising that yours lasted this long. In 2014, the OEM pumps were going bad in the first six months. Your pump is located to the right of the generator. It pops out of the washer bottle. Take it to any auto parts store, it's a standard pump. I think they're about $10.00.

I looked, but didn't see it.…..there's a post on replacing the pump and adding a one way valve. One of the issues with the 14's is that the fluid would drain back out of the wiper hoses and into the reservoir between uses. By adding the one way valve, the water stays in the plumbing and comes on instantly.

I had this pump number saved, I think it's a generic number - Windshield Washer motor 0-607

Great...thank you. I didn’t realize the pump was right there at the reservoir. This should make it easy. Thanks, Dave

Take a look here...

Check Post #21 for details on the replacement pump...assuming it is the same as the one for the 2014 Ventana LE. I'm pretty sure it it.

Glad Jim found the old post.....here is the link for the one way valve that you can install just above the pump.
