Any other owners that use Oasis to heat and for water heater that might be able to give some direction?

I can't help much either, because our Oasis is on the blink right now. Coach has been parked at home since just before Christmas, running just fine on the diesel burner for heat. A couple of days ago, I noticed a red fault light and a flameout led lit on the unit. Reset everything and when it would try to light off, It smoked like a mosquito fogger with unburned fuel dripping out of the exhaust pipe, then it flamed out again and wouldn't relight. Checked the fuel gauge on the coach, still had over half a tank....went and filled up, just in case, and it didn't help much. Oasis burner will light, still smokes and drips fuel out the exhaust and flames out constantly. Have been reseting it over and over all weekend, in case there was air in the fuel line.....not working. It kinda works on AC, except the AC heaters are on constantly, even though the thermostats are set to 50, and it is 70 here and no hot water is being called for...I am throwing in the towel and calling Newmar and Oasis in the morning.

Oh, and of course we are getting ready to leave for two weeks of dry camping in Arizona, on Thursday!

Good luck!

Oasis

So what happens when you turn on the burner? You have 3 independent sources of heat for the Oasis---2 electric elements and the diesel burner. You can turn on one or two electric elements and/or the diesel burner. Actually, there's a 4th one, with the engine running engine coolant circulates in the Oasis. Try turning on the diesel burner.

Oasis

Sorry - didn't see that you had already tried to turn on diesel burner. Apologize for my previous, very unhelpful post.

Found some more info that might help

Here is the link to a silverleaf configuration PDF
http://comnet2.newmarcorp.com/instan...LVRLFTRAIN.pdf

I have also attached two shots of relevant pages showing some troubleshooting steps.

When you are again connected to shore power, try activating AC #2 as well. AC #1 and AC #2
are electrical immersion heaters. With both running the oasis should supply a good amount of heat
even if you can't get the burner activated. After both show on, turn on a hot water faucet, and see
If the AC 'a turn blue.

Try again to touch the burner button to activate it. It's okay to have all 3 selected at the same time.
The burner will come on if the AC heaters can't keep up with demand.

Hello jnowell,

The following PDF file was sent to me by Newmar Corp. It is a complete manual for the 2014 MADP.
I have a 2014 MADP 4369 currently in production. This PDF document can be downloaded via Google or google chrome. Just load "2014MADPOG.pdf" into search bar and the document should load. The front page is attached below.
If you use iPad as I do you will be able to save this PDF manual in iBooks. Hope this helps.
