Check to see if the by-pass valves were correctly repositioned for summer use.
Your LP gas valve needs to be on and electric switch on face of WH if its a Suburban.
Check these threads for winter travel.

Thank you for the links. I guess I am still a little confused. First I have no lo gas on our coach. When I looked in the side compartment I didn't see any labels for hot water heater. Forgot to mention we have an oasis heating system

Did your oasis unit get shut off after winterizing. Check on your oasis unit to insure that it is still turned on.

we used the heat last night. But I can't say it was really warm. Could it just need resetting?

Are you plugged into shore power or boondocking ? Was it your heat pumps on the roof that you used
last night for heat ? Find the oasis control panel and post a picture to the forum....might give us a clue.

The heat pumps on the roof make the same sound the A/C units do ( same units - just working in reverse)
The oasis has small heat registers on or near the floor - which are generally very quiet.

If you are using the app for iPhone or iPad - click the advanced button when you are typing a reply. This will
take you to a screen where you can upload pictures and attach them to your post.

Thank you so much. It was obviously the heat pump. I will send pictures once we stop.

Isn't there a control panel with a switch or two inside the MH ?

Might also be how the thermostat is set. Isn't there a thermostat setting for "gas" heat ? (I know you don't have
a gas furnace, but that is usually the setting that controls the oasis)

Our oasis runs off Diesel. The temp is controlled on a control panel. I reset the oasis and the combustion light came on
