i am new to rving and am looking at purchasing a new 2014 Newmar Ventana 4369. Does anyone have any issues that I need to know about this Mh. I realize that it has been on the lot for a while so what do I need to look for that could be a problem.

Batteries mainly, also leaks from the clearance lights over the dash although the new lights shouldn't have the problem like our '02 DSDP and others of that era did.

2014 Ventana 4037 here, purchased new Nov. 2013. Aside from typical small stuff, main issues we have had have been the controller on the full wall slide, and the lousy microwave ovens Newmar used. Both issues fixed by Newmar under warranty at no cost, although we did pay extra to upgrade Microwave to GE Advantium after 2nd stock unit failed. Make sure you get the 1 yr factory warranty when you buy. We took ours back to Newmar on its 1 yr anniversary, with a list of items that required attention. They were great, even finding a few more things - all fixed in 2 days with no whining or issues.

Since we picked up our 4369 in April of 2014 I can say we have not experienced anything major at all. Heck even our minor items were well, minor. I just ordered a couple of replacement parts that were $1.50 each for a drawer but I can honestly tell you that is about it.

The Ventana is a great coach and the model 4369 is a really nice floor plan indeed.
