On the about to be traded in DSDP 4090 we just use one of the drawers in the bedroom for a hamper. The Magna has one built in with canvas bags.

Congrats, you'll love it.

One question, what is H2O to gen area? An extra water spout up front?

Exactly, can be handy to wash the windshield. Also facilitates the installation of a pressure washer under the hood.

Grats, Phil and Barbara! Sounds awesome! The only thing you might want to consider (so I've read) are:
GE Advantium microwave is the way to go...
extra 120 and 12 outlets up front for laptop and phone chargers, maybe in BR nightstand also.
Surge Protector ( I think you take it during factory delivery)

All others are pretty much what I'm going to order some day...

Congratulations, Phil and Barbara! You're going to have a great coach! You have extraordinarily good taste!

We have ordered the same coach. We are thinking we will see delivery date in mid to late June.

Any ideas of delivery date for you?

In violent agreement on your coach selection After many trips to the shows/dealers and reading this forum for the past 2 years, we decided the 4369 with the dual recliners is the absolute best floor plan for us.

We also expect a mid to late June delivery! If you take delivery at the factory, we may see you there.

Many thanks to you and the others on this forum for educating us on all things Newmar. And, it has been such a joy to read your entertaining accounts of the
Hoots gatherings

I'm about to finish order on DS 4369. One of the specials I have requested is the mountain aire dinning chairs, fabric seat, wood back less cumbersome, they are easy to handle. I have them in my Dutch Aire.

We are now in the final throws of choosing the interior on our now 4369. Thought we had found the one we wanted with the 2 recliners on the road side. Unfortunately, when we made her "road" ready we found my wife could not get back to the bathroom as she is unsteady on her feet. Put my check book back in the pocket and have been looking ever since. Have decided that the fireplace, televator and one recliner on the road side is the best floor plan and have found 2 in the country but neither dealer will send us a photo of the "road" ready rig so we can make a final determination. Both want us to "come in" and look at it. 1,700 miles to one and 2,200 miles for the other one. That is a bit much to take our own photo!

Farmboy here is a thread with pictures with slides closed you will see some do not have that much room and the LR slide may require walking with one foot on slide floor.
My wife has arthritic problems but she can manage after some practice on how she was determined to do it, we have a 1/2 bath near the fridge.
This coach had the widest isles.
