2015 Dutch Star Floor Heat

My new 4369 with floor heat continues to shut off in zone o e (living room area). The on/off control for that zone will cycle quickly from low to medium to high and then shuts down. This takes less than one minute. Has anyone else had any issues with their electric floor heat on any of the 2015 models?

I see nothing to help in this link but have some info on how floor was installed.
Here is their web site maybe you can get a PDF of what ever controller you have for more detailed info on operation.
Your controller must have heat/air sensing for a control.
