They fit over the existing steps Tom, look much better than the black finish IMO and tie in nicely with the stainless kick plate that Newmar installs on the Dutch Star entry. They also have a rubber matting on top which I like a lot better than that 60 grade sandpaper!

Yes, I know the feeling!
That was the Phantom decor that you selected for the interior? What exterior did you pick?

Yes, Phantom interior. Stealth exterior.

Scott, your coach looks fabulous
Seeing yours makes waiting for ours that much harder....but in a good way!
3 1/2 months to go. It's been a long climb since our September order

Hi Scott,
Can you show or tell more about the "step package"? Is it an after-market product and does Coachlight carry it or did you purchase it elsewhere? Did I understand they installed it for you? Sounds like it must be pretty delicate if you had them do it. Sounds like something we'd like since we usually keep our outside step covered with the aftermarket cover that's sort of like a carpet instead of putting up with the sandpaper strips.

It's just a stainless cover that fits over the top and front of each of the steps. You can probably install it yourself, doesn't appear to be difficult. You have to first remove the "sandpaper" on the original step and then this stainless piece slips over the step and is fastened with double sided auto trim tape. The rubber grip on the top of the steps is much more attractive than the sandpaper and you can walk on it comfortably in bare feet, much easier to clean as well. These are made by Summit Products and Coachlight is a distributor so can get the products and do a good job of installing them. The stainless package I installed on the engine cover was also from Summit. They don't have the engine cover package on their web site, you need to ask them about that product.

We can "wait it out" together.

Our Ventana 4037 arrived at the dealer in Albany, NY today!
Now we have to wait until two feet of snow thaws off of our old unit in the backyard before we can trade it in.
Hoping for mid to late March.

We ordered our DS 4369 in Dec 2014 and it in the chassis building today. It is scheduled to go into Building 7 tomorrow the 19th. What an exciting time! We scheduled factory p/u for April 15 and hope the weather Gods are smiling by then. We had planned to travel from sunny Baja California to watch the build but the weather just didn't cooperate.
Seville exterior
Cordova interior with numerous decor upgrades/changes by DW. She is really great at this stuff and I am admittedly NOT.
All electric with Tru induction
Third ac with 10 kW gen
2recliners with dormi sofa
Front 40" TV
Exterior 40" TV
Outside freezer/fridge
Washer/dryer
Solid surface sink
Power hose and electric reel
Solar prep with increased gauge wire
Power bay door locks and entry
Chrome mirrors
Sirrius radio
Rear cap storage area and safe
Two Girard Nova awnings
Special conduit installed for wires from the inverter to wall mount solar display and battery condition display
I'm writing from memory, not a safe thing to do, so I may have missed a few things but the idea is there. We are so pleased with what's coming and would love to be not April already.
Thanks to for your insight and experiences.
Mike
