2015 Ventana 4369

Getting ready to pick up a new to us Ventana next week. Anything in particular we should be looking for in the walk through/demonstration of the coach? It only has 11,000 miles on it and 214 hours on gen.

Welcome to the forum and world of Newmar, tileman.
This sticky will give you information you need to know about slides, battery charging system and improvements, recalls and items that should be checked that can cause you a problem.
The links below in my signature will have info for older coach's as yours.
There is a PDI list also to keep track of your progress.
I would try running the Gen has low use on hours and see how that runs.
You have the answers how everything should work and what might be the problem if they do not.
I would have shore line plugged in or Gen running if you operate the slides do not open them with just the batteries only they need a good 12v's to operate and not cause a problem with the slide, FWS is in link also for adjustment if not closing tight to seals or crooked in its opening.
Good luck in your PDI and safe travels when you move it home.
You live near factory labor discount between Jan-Mar was 15% in my day still the same I believe, if there is a problem.

Oh yea, we will for sure do all that. I was just wondering if there were any known or common problems I should be on the lookout for?

The 2015 model year was a very good year. Considered to be generally trouble free.

Ensure the chassis has been serviced every year and ask for documentation. Service is required even if no miles driven in a year. If not serviced annually then you could have mechanical problems develop with drivetrain. Check furniture for cracking and peeling as it was a big problem in 15's with Newmar doing replacements outside warranty period. If you see any ask original owner to have Newmar replace. If buying from a dealer it is to late.

Have all service records, furniture is perfect. It does have a few faint scratches on the tile from the slides. Slide protectors are under the bed but apparently PO didn't use them.
