I would assume that the upgrade included changing the GVW labeling next to the drivers seat.
The new labeling should show a front axle weight rating of 15,400 pounds for the 4041. (The old label would have been 14600)
This should give you a quick reference but I would confirm with Newmar before signing on the dotted line.

units built after 12/31/15 should have the upgraded axle that was installed at the factory.
