I like the remarks at the end of that chassis article Newmar had a banner year in diesel coach markets 2014 and will continue with their new chassis structure for DP's.

Looks as if the full wall slide is sacrifing some width. I guess the new hwh system cannot support the extra length. Lots of nice upgrades though. Wonder what all the changes are going to cost.

Usually no more than 3-5% per year increase, since some of the options are now standard that I we wanted, I hope it's a wash.

Did Newmar do away with that pathetic dinky 45 gal black tank in 2016? I'd almost be ready to cancel my 2015 order and lose my deposit if they would switch black/grey tank capacity.

The Mountain Aire already has the three stage system.

When do the 2016's actually appear on dealer lots and/or are delivered to customers?

I know that some 2015's are yet to be delivered to posters in the "2015 Newmar Coach Deliveries Thread".

August is the normal time to see them on dealers lots. The first time to see them should be the FMCA rally in Madison Wi. July 29 - Aug 1st. Last year the first time they were shown to the public was the FMCA rally in Redmond Or.

When are we likely to see a spec sheet on the 2016 Ventana? I have a 12.5 inch garage that can accommodate the current 34 and 36 feet Ventana's. I'm wondering if the changes for 2016 are likely to increase the height of those models.

Any thoughts?

Another good reason to attend this year. Glad we're going.

Looks like some more pictures are up. Even though this page would indicate that the photos are of a 4369, I think most (if not all of them) are from a 40' model. Look closely at picture #5 and you'll see the rear escape door behind the toilet.

Still another set. Not much "new" here, except that it's a 4369 and you can see the escape door in photo #12: 2016 Newmar Dutch Star 4369

I just got info from one of the dealers in the Southeast that the Ventana base price is going from $288,000 to $302,000. If that's true, that would be a 5% increase. I also don't know if that percentage increase would be consistent throughout the line.

Each individuals will have to decide if that is reasonable. It does seem to me that there are a lot of improvements offered for 2016.

Hoping to get a 4037.

Steve
