2016F Build Sheets

Does anyone know if the 2016 build sheets are available? I'm wondering what the price differential will be between 2015 and 2016.

I just posted to a different thread that I recieved information from a dealer hear in the Southeast today that the Ventana base price is going from $288,000 to $302,000. If that's true, that would be a 5% increase. I also don't know if that percentage increase would be consistent throughout the line. They had no build sheets available yet.

Hoping to get a 4037.

New chassis framing is going to raise some of them.
Some have the new Star Foundation new front & rear cap, full tile floors on slides etc., etc.
Orangepeel found them last year but have not seen him on forum lately.

Looking for the build sheets as well. I have two different Newmar dealers that were at the dealer meeting that swore up and down that they will have the sheets and would email/release them last Saturday.


Guess what I don't have yet.... Anyway, this seems like a great way to weed out dealers that respond and those that don't. We have an appointment at Newmar on the 26th so we can get our answers then.


Sounds like you are drilling down your search to the Newmar, guess you will stay with Buffalo RV as they seem to have treated you well with the Berk. Kinda surprised that they don't have the build sheets for you.

I was able to obtain the base prices for the various DS models:

And yes, those prices are up about 5% from what I'm seeing.

What I am wondering now is if Newmar is trying to bring their MSRP up a bit to allow a point or two better percentage discount. We are finding 26% on the 2015's without much of a problem, but with American Coach, Entegra and Tuscany 30% seems to be more of the norm.


Anyway, thanks for the info, was in line with what I was expecting. Will be interesting to see if some of the extras are standard items.

Thank you, now at least I know that a price sheet exists. Seems like they increased the price on some of the options, but need to take a closer look against the 2015 list.


Again thanks, you would really think that a dealer would want to get this info to us on the 4369. It just amazes me that the sales person would spend 2+ hours on test drives and conversation and then not spend 5 minutes to send an email that they promised would go out as soon as they got back from the dealer show.

After I got my DSDP 4018 sheet, I called Michelle and she emailed me one from the factory along with the new graphics sheets.
