Nothing wrong with over building.
My 2016 DS has had the front axle upgrade, however my LF weighed in at 8,995 with 1/2 tank of fuel. Zero water. Zero passengers or supplies. The second I sit in the drivers seat I have exceeded the 315 tire limitation by 75 lbs at 130 psi max.
The DS is at Nappanee for other issues and that is were it will stay until this is solved. Best as I can figure the wife can ride along with 25 gallons of fuel and 15 gallons of fresh water. Looks like the two wiener dogs are out of luck. This is a huge safety issue. The RF weighed in at 8,095. 900 lbs diff from side to side.
Add full fuel, water, passengers and supplies and the tires are so far out of the limitations it is scary. The 18,000 front axle is well over the limitations as well, just do the math. I have been advised not to drive it, what a great deal....
