Has anyone ordered the wood look tile flooring on a 2018 DSDP? What is the up charge on it?

We did. Don't remember the exact charge but it's around $1250.

For our MADP, we also order the wood style floor from the King Aire. Quote from dealer: "The dealer cost, your cost is $1,170 (MSRP is $1,638)."

I see you folks who are getting the 2018 4369 are getting a single axle this year according to Steinbring. Maybe that's why they're such a good deal.

I was quoted 2600.00 dealer cost for the floor just 2 weeks ago. This was by 2 different dealers.

I am beginning to be suspicious of these quotes. The price I got for the GE Advantium was quite a bit higher than someone else got right around the same time. Here I was fooled into believing that there actually was one SET price for specials.
Now, I completely agree with the people that say visit the factory first to decide specials BEFORE sending out price requests from the dealers. We were rushing to beat the 1% price increase 7/1 so we didn't really have extra time to do specials first. You would think that Newmar and dealers would be a little more careful knowing how much information is shared on the internet.

Newmar doesn't quote their price? Dealers do? Weird.
And we didn't know about the price increase. We're ordering in a week or so. We could have bumped that up had we known...but it's only money, right?

We just finalized the order for our 2018 DS 4326. Delivery is scheduled for the first week of October. We put our deposit down a few weeks back to get a slot in production.
Cobblestone exterior and interior with king aire floor upgrade.
This is our first MH.
To make sure this is what we need/wanted, we found a 2015 DS to rent. Best decision we made. It helped us consider all of the options and to fully experience it (including driving it) before dropping the cash.
Will post pics once we have them ...

Exciting! Do you have a production number yet? Just trying to get an idea of what my number might mean. What dealer did you choose?
